Hello all,
My 2016 Range Rover was stolen the other day and recovered about 5 hours later. I picked it up at police impound and had some questions:
1. My smart key no longer works; I can start the car by holding it beside the steering column while pressing the start button, but can't lock, open the life gate, etc. with the fob. Why?
2. The backup camera is not working now. Any ideas why?
3. There's a new phone showing up in my phone list; is it possible to retrieve that phone number from the system? I haven't had any luck thus far. I'm guessing the thief had a phone with him and the car tried to connect to it.
